TekSave RMA

Teksave is a fully owned operation of TwinBridge Software Corporation. The none Teksave/TwinBridge branded products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). Teksave/TwinBridge assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. Teksave/TwinBridge makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document. Teksave/TwinBridge disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance.

You may return unopened product within 30 days of your product’s invoice date. After 30 days, for any questions regarding technical support, warranty information, product manuals or repair locations, please contact the manufacturer directly. Special items may subject with no return/refund, please refer product description page.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please provide the following information when calling or emailing for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

All products to be returned must be received within 14 days once the RMA# is issued. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Teksave/TwinBridge. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Teksave/TwinBridge's Return Procedure will be breached and Teksave/TwinBridge will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

If however, a package is returned missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories or there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit Teksave/TwinBridge reserves the right to refuse the return, or a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied. "No returns will be accepted if the manufacturers box and/or packaging material is missing".

No Returns or Exchanges

We cannot accept certain return items as follows:
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the invoicing date.
• Any CD, DVD or software that has been opened (taken out of its seal wrap).
• Any software, font, or media via internet download method.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any electronic dictionary items.
• Any special items stated “Sales as final”.

All defective products will be accepted directly by Teksave/TwinBridge for credit or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. (We will only accept a return or exchange of an exchange order up to 14 days)

In cases the item is defective the customers are responsible for return shipping. We realize that it is not the customers fault if a product is defective, but please understand it is not our fault if a product is defective -- we ship what our distributors & manufacturers provide us with. This is why we share the shipping costs associated with a return replacement. The customer will pay for return shipping, and we will pay to ship the replacement. We cannot offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

We will fully refund you for any Non-Defective unopened item for any reason (shipping not included), excluding the merchandise mentioned above. If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10 days after we receive the product you are returning.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
